1. When is the park open?

2. Is it easy to get from the hotel to Sesame Place?
Yes. Just turn right out of the hotel and continue about 1 mile until you see the on ramp for Route 1 North. Get onto Route 1 North and continue to the Oxford Valley Exit. At the end of the exit ramp turn right. You will see Sesame Place in about ˝ mile on your right hand side. The total distance is about 9 miles.
3. Does the hotel sell Sesame Tickets?
Yes. In addition to the two Elmo's two day tickets already included in our package, additional tickets will be available at the hotel for $48.

Our Breakfast with Elmo, Breakfast with Cookie Monster and Dine with Big Bird & Friends refund policy is as follows:
Sesame Place will provide a full refund with a minimum of 24 hours notice of the date / time of the scheduled dine.
Sesame Place will be able to rebook your dine if you notify us within 24 hours of your scheduled dine (no refund).
Sesame Place will not provide a refund if you do not make your scheduled dining time and you notify us of this after the meal has concluded.
6. What happens if it rains the day I go to the park?
Sunny Day Guarantee
If it rains continuously on the day of your visit for an hour or more, Sesame Place will give you* a free ticket to come back to the park another day during the current operating season.
* Chaperone and complimentary admissions are excluded from this offer.
7. What is the cancellation policy for the hotel room?
Cancellations must occur by 6 pm on the day of your arrival. Cancellations will be given a cancellation number. Please record this number.
8. Does Sesame Place provide wheelchairs or strollers?

Stroller Rental:
Strollers and Wagons can be rented for the day.
Double strollers are $14.15 (plus tax) and fit 2 children.

All stroller/wheelchair reservations will be held until 1:00 PM.
Strollers, Lockers, Wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV's) may be rented at the Stroller/Locker Rental Area located next to Finder's Keepers Gift Shop. This shop is located near the front gate of the park. It is just past the turnstiles area and is next to the gift shop on the left. Wheelchairs and ECV's are rented on a "first-come, first served" basis to guests with disabilities. Guests may also use their own wheelchairs or single passenger ECV's. Guests using wheelchairs may join any admissions line to enter the park.
All Sesame Place employees are trained to provide assistance to all our guests, which include steadying a guest transferring to or from a wheelchair. However, they are not trained, and not permitted, to lift guests in and out of wheelchairs.
9. Is Sesame Place a smoke-free environment?
Sesame place offers guests a smoke-free environment. For those guests who want to smoke, smoking is only permitted outside the front gate.
10. Can I bring a cooler into the park?
Cooler and Picnic Policy
Sesame Place does not allow guests to bring coolers or picnic lunches inside the park. However, small coolers for baby food or medicine are permitted. The maximum size of an acceptable cooler is 7 quarts or no larger than 12" x 10" x 10". If you choose to bring a picnic lunch, two picnic areas are available outside the park, one in the Preferred Parking Lot and the other in the General Parking Lot. If leaving the park to enjoy your picnic lunch, please have your hand stamped for re-admittance.
11. What do I need to bring to Sesame Place?
Come prepared to get wet and bring a towel. Proper swim wear is required on all wet attractions. Swim diapers are required for diaper-wearing children. Water shoes are recommended. Swim suits, water shoes and swim diapers are available for purchase at the park.
12. Does Sesame Place provide lockers?
Lockers can be rented for the day. Small lockers are $10 plus a $3 deposit and large lockers are $12 plus a $3 deposit. Deposit is refunded upon return of locker key.
13. How much is parking?
General parking for cars is $13, preferred parking is $16, accessible parking is $13 and buses are $13.
14. What are the ticket prices if I purchase them at the park?

15. What else is there to do in the area?
Adventure Aquarium opened May 25, 2005, with nearly 200,000 square feet of sea life and wildlife. Visitors explore the West African River Experience, surround themselves with sharks in a suspended 10-foot walkthrough tunnel, discover the wondrous sea in the Jules Verne Gallery; and have an opportunity to "Swim with the Sharks". Adventure Aquarium is an accredited member of the AZA. Timed-tickets required.
